RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the main contact to our existing and new potential customers in the assigned territory
In charge of maintaining and developing profitable growth for the Business Unit in a sustainable way
Actively identify new customers and collaborate cross-functionally to identify new applications using your technical and product expertise (material selection, design recommendations, process optimization, etc.) and close business opportunities for existing and new customers
Providing basic technical support and support the launch of new products
Support marketing requests from HQ like forecast, market studies, competitor information etc.
Fulfilling ESHQ responsibilities and working in compliance with Röhm rules and guidelines
This vacancy requires regular travel to the following countries but is not limited to: Germany, Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia

ODGOVORNOSTI
Biti glavni stik z našimi obstoječimi in novimi potencialnimi strankami na dodeljenem ozemlju
Zadolžen za vzdrževanje in razvoj donosne rasti poslovne enote na trajnosten način
Aktivno identificirajte nove stranke in medfunkcionalno sodelujte, da prepoznate nove aplikacije z uporabo svojega tehničnega znanja in izkušenj z izdelki (izbira materiala, priporočila za oblikovanje, optimizacija procesov itd.) ter zaprite poslovne priložnosti za obstoječe in nove stranke
Zagotavljanje osnovne tehnične podpore in podpore lansiranju novih izdelkov
Podprite zahteve za trženje s sedeža, kot so napovedi, tržne študije, informacije o konkurentih itd.
Izpolnjevanje odgovornosti ESHQ in delo v skladu z Röhmovimi pravili in smernicami
To prosto delovno mesto zahteva redna potovanja v naslednje države, vendar ni omejeno na: Nemčijo, Slovenijo, Srbijo in Hrvaško

PRIČAKUJEMO

Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering or Materials Science. Preferably with additional business degree
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the chemical or plastics markets selling to key decision-makers
Strong sales capabilities in building personal relationship on top of technical affinity
Technical experience in the plastics industry is a clear plus
Working experience in an intercultural environment is required
Affinity & experience with the Automotive, Lighting, Home Appliances & Extrusion Industry preferred
MS Office and CRM skills are required (SAP skills preferred)
Fluent in English and one Slavic language is mandatory (Slovenia or Serbia preferred)

Magisterij na enem od naslednjih področij: kemijsko inženirstvo, polimerno inženirstvo ali znanost o materialih. Po možnosti z dodatno poslovno diplomo
Najmanj 5 let zunanjih prodajnih izkušenj na trgih kemikalij ali plastike, ki prodajajo ključnim nosilcem odločanja
Močne prodajne zmogljivosti pri vzpostavljanju osebnega odnosa poleg tehnične afinitete
Tehnične izkušnje v industriji plastike so očitna prednost
Zahtevane so delovne izkušnje v medkulturnem okolju
Zaželene so naklonjenost in izkušnje z industrijo avtomobilov, razsvetljave, gospodinjskih aparatov in ekstrudiranja
Potrebna so znanja MS Office in CRM (zaželena znanja SAP)
Tekoče znanje angleščine in en slovanski jezik je obvezen (zaželeno Slovenija ali Srbija)
