Ključne odgovornosti
Samostojno boste upravljali dodeljene stranke ob podpori ekipe za upravljanje strank, marketinga, financ, službe za stranke in logistike.
Kot skrbnik strank boste del ekipe, ki temelji na rezultatih, ter boste imeli priložnost za razvoj in pridobivanje dragocenih izkušenj na področju upravljanja strank, trženja strankam, razvoja kategorij in ustvarjanja vrednosti, hkrati pa boste odgovorni za:
• popolnoma samostojno upravljanje dodeljenih strank, v skladu s tržno in kategorijsko strategijo;
• pogajanje in izvrševanje pogodb s strankami, s poudarkom na vseh elementih maloprodajnega trženjske mešanice;
• ohranjanje pozitivnega poslovnega partnerstva s strankami, izkoriščanje njihovega dolgotrajnega uspešnega poslovnega odnosa s podjetjem Barilla;
• identificiranje novih priložnosti in obvladovanje tveganj.

Key Accountabilities
The individual will autonomously manage the assigned customers with the support of the Customer Management team, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics.
As customers’ owner, he/she will be part of a results driven team and will be given the opportunity to evolve and gain valuable experience in the fields of customer management, customer marketing, category development and value creation, while being responsible for:
• Managing the assigned customers in full autonomy, according to market and category strategy.
• Negotiating and executing customers’ contracts, focusing on all the elements of the retail marketing mix.
• Maintaining positive business partnership with customers, capitalizing on their long-lasting successful business relationship with Barilla.
• Identifying new business opportunities and managing risks.
